June 30, 2004 The full grandstand concert lineup will have been announced and posted on this web site.
July 1, 2004 The first day for tickets orders to be postmarked. All mail orders postmarked on or after Thursday, July 1, 2004, and received in the fair's ticket office by Wednesday, July 7, will be placed together and processed in random order.
July 7, 2004 Mail ticket orders received after July 7 will be processed in accordance with the time they are received.
July 19, 2004 The first day for phone orders for Grandstand Tickets.
July 26, 2004 The first day to purchase Grandstand Tickets at the fair's box office.

Clay Aiken to perform at Clay County Fair
SPENCER, Iowa -- Clay Aiken, who became a musical sensation during the hit television show "American Idol," will be making a headline appearance at the Clay County Fair here Sept. 11.
Aiken tasted great success with his first album, "Measure of a Man," which sold more than 1 million copies since its 2003 release. His first single, "This Is The Night," backed with his cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "Bridge Over Troubled Water," debuted at the No. 1 position on Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Aiken has garnered the attention of fans with his boy-next-door charm and solid crooning voice. He performed during the 2003 American Music Awards, where he won the Fans' Choice Award. He also sang during the Billboard Awards after earning the Bestselling Single of the Year for "This Is The Night"/"Bridge Over Troubled Waters."
He currently has a new single release "The Way/Solitare."
Tickets will be available July 1, which also marks the first day for ticket orders to be postmarked for the 2004 Clay County Fair Grandstand shows. All mail orders postmarked on or after July 1 and received in the fair's ticket office by July 7 will be placed together and processed in random order. Mail ticket orders received after July 7 will be processed in order they are received.
The first day for phone orders for Grandstand Tickets will be July 19.
The 2004 Clay County Fair will run Sept. 11-19.
